    The product and shipping box was damaged upon receipt. I notified the seller and it took several days to resolve getting my refund. After advising the seller that I was going to contact my credit card company they agreed to issue the refund. The seller then asked that I provide them with a glowing 5 star review. I disagree, but I'll let everyone else be the judge of that. The undamaged product appeared to be of reasonably good quality and priced fairly. Customer service not so good.

    Not much h to tell. The USPS lost the calipers for 3 weeks and when the box got here it had been taped closed from being smashed and only 1 caliper was in the box. Seller did a partial refund and I had to make another order for the front calipers. I can't blame the seller for the USPS issues that are out of their control. USPS has been unreliable in the Kansas City area for a long time.
