- k***c (666)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseMost impressed with the customer service for this purchase. The original purchase was lost in transit, and Ryefield Books quickly sent out a replacement in a box and tracked postage to ensure this didn't repeat. The audiobook is exactly as described, new and well-packaged to arrive in perfect condition. I chose Ryefield Books because their price was most competitive. The customer care was a very welcome bonus.
- 0***e (601)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseA wonderful work from a remarkable writer – and an exceptional purchasing experience in its every aspect (accuracy of description, reasonableness of pricing, quality and condition of item, rigidity of packaging, rapidity of dispatch, ease of communication...) Thank you!
- o***i (233)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem arrived as a new item, wasn’t shrunk wrapped but seems okay. Quality was as expected for a new hardback edition. Great value as others were selling for same price but used ! Also appearance is good with the hardback cover. Seller was happy to help in regards to delivery delay and responded very quickly. Item arrived a few days later than expected but that is more to do with the delivery company than seller.
