Sorry to say Shoes were new, perfect in photos, but shipped by seller in a plastic flimsy bag, no box, padding wrapping, nothing, crushed by all the other boxes that get thrown in bins and post office trucks across the country. I sent photos to eBay seller approved return, but opened a case? Why? Case closed in my favor. I still have not received refund after 2 weeks. Would have loved the shoes, but packaging correctly is required. Unintentional but wrong.
