I bought a steamer and a part the control handle that was in the pictures was missing. I contacted the seller. Finally I was given a link to the part on eBay at his store to buy, yes I said buy and he would cover the shipping. That part was advertised already as free shipping. If was. 99 cents. I know that's not much but the principal here is the seller should have just sent me the missing part with an apology That didnt happen
