    A pleasant surprise

    I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the story and the acting of this movie. We have all seen movies made by smaller producers that were significantly sub-par. This movie had a story line that has actual basis in scientific fact, as holes in the ozone layer have opened up unexpectedly in various places, not just in Antarctica. The characters are developed and believable, and well acted. Special effects are limited but appropriate. No nudity or bad language. The device to end the ozone hole is science-fiction, but provides a happy ending. There are some people who are too closed-minded about environmental issues to really enjoy this movie - they will label it as environmental propaganda. The rest of us can enjoy it.
