Never had any contact witht the seller but it turns out there NO NEED because once I clicked SUBMIT ORDER the rest of the process was very much like a machine in a factory. Listing was ACCURATE above reproach. Packaging was PERFECT. My iphone 7 showed up in SIGNIFICANTLY better condition than I was anticipating (and that was already a very good level). If I could I would order EVERYTHING I need from seller

Phones pictures were cleared but it seemed to still have data from previous owner. I factory reset phone it's working as described, minor cosmetic scuffs screen seems to be new. Phone shipped in envelope and wrapped in extremely thick layer of bubble wrap (phone was completely fine) would buy again. But I have bought phones from other Sellars came with charger and was factory reset before arrival.
