All questions were answered quickly. The barn was wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap. Shipping was very fast in a sturdy box and mailer bag. Even with all the extra packing, the barn arrived with some roof damage. When I contacted the seller, a response was immediate. I think if the big outside box was a little more tailored to the model box inside, the outside box might not have been crushed so bad. Fortunately, the inner model box was only slightly crushed and the model was undamaged. The shipping might have been a little less if the box height dimension was reduced.
