About this product

Product Information

Epic Mickey is a 3D platform adventure game starring Disney's most famous cartoon character. The game's themes involve artistic style the creative process. Much of the exploration and action take place in an alternate realm called Wasteland, a place inhabited by characters and ideas from lesser-known Disney animation projects, and ruled by Oswald the Rabbit, one of Walt Disney's very first cartoon creations. Mickey's most important tools are paint and thinner, which he can use to alter the illustrated world around him. Throughout the adventure, the game emphasizes the concept of "Playstyle Matters." There are multiple ways to overcome problems the hero faces in Wasteland, but his actions have consequences, and the game's story develops according to the choices players make. What may seem like the easiest solution, short-term, might not be best in the end. Epic Mickey was developed under the supervision of esteemed game designer Warren Spector, whose Junction Point Studios was acquired by the Walt Disney Company before the game was publicly announced.

Fast shipping. Packaged well. Arrived exactly as pictured and described. Seller really went the extra mile to ensure it was protected during shipping. Had the game, needed the manual, now have a complete copy of Legend of Legaia for PS1. Happy with my purchase.

    Good memorable game.

Remember playing this game back in the day, it was one of those "must have" type game. I haven't gotten thru it entirely but from the time i did have it, it was pretty fun, the story was cool but what i didn't like was this one didn't really have voice acting as the Epic Mickey 2 did, would have been cool to see. The controls sometimes get wonky and when you go up again let's say one of those corrupted Ink Mopping brooms it's sometimes hard to aim at them.

    Hate this game

Nothing wrong with the seller I bought it from, I just hated this game! The longest cut-scenes ever! Bought it for my 6 y/o to play and she couldn’t even sit through the opening story (like, 30 minutes) to begin playing the actual game till she got bored and switched back to Minecraft!

  • Miska, Must have

In general is a good game, has a fun gamplay that mixes well with story being told in it. Is what you could call an Spyro clon, you go around colorfull solving everyonas problems so they can help you out with your problem. These part sure are a bit slow, but they mostly followed up with light plathforming and some enemies here and there. The appeal is mostly on the magic brush, having the options to disolve or paint blue an enemy so it can help you to fight is really fun, frustating at times do to the camera angles but that's for every game on the Wii tbh. The part were this game shine the most is in the 2D sections, the appear when you are traveling from a portal to another, backtracking might be a bit boring because of it, but is not that bad. Theay also are hiden sections to collect ...

  • An excellent game

I was hesitant at first to try epic mickey, the game is fairly old, it was made by Disney and the controls seemed a little too simple. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the game was funny, it referenced lots of older, generally forgotten characters and is a game with great replay value. Most games are beaten once and forgotten but this game I will certainly play two or three times.

  • Fun and easy to grasp

Fun little game, with a few minor issues, but creative and enjoyable if you like Disney.
