Then the next day USPS brought my package to me immediately I knew it was broken from the sound when I picked it up. It could have been packaged better, more bubble wrap a layer of styrofoam in bottom of box and on top would have helped too. I sent the seller photos of the broken item and he apologized and immediately refunded my money. Great communication. I would purchase from again. This was an error on packaging.

I'm honestly surprised it didn't break apart in shipping with how poorly it was packed - not sealed and glass ceiling fan parts thrown in there with no safety packing material. To say I was disappointed when I received the package and opened the box is an understatement because I have been looking for the actual Dubois ceiling fan for years and I'm very sad this was my outcome.
