    Both versions for the price of one !

    It's nice to see how the original Godzilla stacks up with the US (Raymond Burr) version. Both versions are included on 2 discs, so this a great value IMO.

    "GODZILLA" !!! "All time King of the Monster's"...

    What can you say, he's just out having a good time, a couple shot's of saki, big deal he destroys a city or two-progress must be made.( Look at Japan today). Find him a girlfriend and see if it mellows him out-it did me (made me broke too)...

    GREATEST MONSTER FLIX OF ALL TIME

    I remember in the early 1960's seeing the preview trailers for the Raymond Burr Americanized version of Godzilla at my local movie theater. I could not wait for my local Godzilla premier and I sat in the very 1st row under the screen stage to get the full "Godzilla" effect. My mother gave me $1.00 so that I could view the Americanized "Godzilla" and here is what I got for $1.00 in 1960. Bus fair to and back from the Bijou Theater (yes it was called the "Bijou Theater") Entrance fair into the Bijou Theater for one person. One hot dog, popcorn & coke plus a viewing of a "B" list movie before the main event. In-between the "B" movie and "Godzilla" you could go up on the theater stage and participate in a hula-hoop, hot dog or pizza eating contest. Do a little line dancing or the new dance ...
