    Better than advertised

    I have been slowly moving from corded power tools to cordless ones. I am very happy with this cordless saw. It is not as powerful as my orogianl saw, but it is actually more than enough power to adequately cut boards. I love it. The saw save lots on time and frustration moving power cords aroud and plugging and unplugging everything and getting things tangled up in the process. I already had two batteries that came with my 18 volt finish nailer and drill. So that wasn't a problem. Its light but sturdy and good for begginers. It not intimidating like a corded saw that is loud and that is good, because we cut lots of boards in the evening and we didn't disturb our neighbiors, a huge plus there! I am a regular buyer on ebay and with getting great products like this saw, I will keep coming ...

    Dewalt 18V XRP 6-1/2 in. circular saw. Great saw!

    I own a number of Dewalt tools and have found them to hold up to extreme usage and since all of my tools are of the 18volt type I have numerous batteries that I can use to keep them up and running. It has been a pleasure to be able to take battery powered tool to a worksite and not have to worry about cords or an electric source to get the job done. I would recommend any dewalt tools and expect to get the same service out of my circular saw as I have with the other dewalt tools that I own.

    Handy

    Bought saw to use in wood shop to breakdown full sheets before going to table saw. Works great. If I was on a job site I would use my corded circular saw for power and depth of cut. I feel this saw is more for certain occasions or convenience like use in my shop.

    Powerful, lightweight, great value

    Saw works excellent for ranch needs, its maneuverable, powerful and with a sharp blade makes easy work of 2x4s, 2x6s, and plywood. Goes through batteries pretty fast, so keep your spare and charger ready, overall I use this saw all the time and love it!
