      The best remedy for chronic constipation

      I am 62 years old and have always had chronic constipation. My doctor suggested this homeopathic remedy (Swiss Kriss) because it has organic herbs to restore regularity. I have been using it for over a year now, and absolutely love it. You must drink it with water for it to be effective though. I take 2 1/2 tablets every night before bed and it works like a charm. I recommend it highly!

      Best Natural Laxative I've Ever Found

      This is, by far, the best natural laxative I've ever found. I'm in my mid sixties, and have bee n practicing alternative health modalities & nutrition for the better part of four decades now. I started taking Swiss Kriss oh, about 30 or so, years ago. I have to take them more now, as I take a medicine that constipates me. So I have been taking Swiss Kriss daily for five years now, without any bad side effects. One thing people take for granted, and that is warning signals that you have to go to the bathroom. With other laxatives, it is very possible to soil some britches, as when it works, it works entirely too fast. Swiss Kriss does not do this. It is reliable, and it works, but it is gentle, and gives you some warning.
