Not water or air tight
I choose this cabinet to be outdoors and liked the Rubbermaid brand. It IS s easy to assemble. But once assembled it gets a bit wobbly. It also has gaps and spaces in it at almost every shelf so water and bugs could get into it. It is not air tight. It DOES appear to hold quite a bit and will help keep things organized.

Good for extra secure storage
This storage unit is just what I need for extra storage. Plus I like that it locks so only those with access can get inside. It is lightweight and very acceptable for inside storage. The quality is exactly what I expected from Rubbermaid and price point reflects that. When I was putting it together however I had to keep pulling out the cutouts in the holes they had drilled for putting the cabinet together. Otherwise the cutouts would have been heard rattling around every time I opened the doors. Some are still in there because I couldn't get them out.
