Cuisinart is the best!
Cuisinart makes wonderful products that keep on working for years and years. I have had one of these units for 25 years and it's still working! I bought this one because the blender jar cracked...I would not recommend putting hot items into the blender jar...and this was a good price not only for the blender jar but to have a second unit on hand.
