    Shipping of my driveshaft was taken with card and ensured that it wouldn't be damaged. The packaging was secured with 2x4's and shrink wrap. They even took the time to double shrink wrap around the u-joints for added protection. My driveshaft came as described and a great value to me. Knox Auto was very communicative about my order. Responded to every enquiry, and was very professional. I installed the driveshaft on my 2015 F150 5.0 Crew Cab, and the shaking is now gone. Big thanks to Knox!

I should have looked at the photo a little more closely before ordering. I returned it and received a refund without delay.
