This was not a problem with me.

    Great item

    Works perfectly. This iPad did not have a scratch on it. It updated to the lated iOS in no time. The only thing is the headphone port doesn't work but was disclosed up front. Wireless earbuds work great and the sound from the iPad speakers couldn't be better.
