I realize that Feedback is not the way to let them know, but nothing else seems to work. Viewers, don't be discouraged. It's probably the carrier's fault.

It never arrived in the time frame it was estimated to arrive. I opened a claim with the seller to refund it, and he messaged me to close the dispute so it would not affect his seller account with eBay and that he would refund it after I did so. Shady seller. I wish I had bought it off Amazon and paid a little more but got it the next day. Still have not received the item.
