I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max, only to be informed a day after it was marked as shipped that the order was canceled due to an issue with my address—an explanation that seemed frivolous. I've been an eBay member since 2004 and have never had address-related problems. The seller then went silent and later claimed the phone was out of stock. Overall, not reliable at all. Be ready for disappointment!

    This phone is top quality and in perfect, like new condition. I was honestly shocked that it was used at all. It looks and acts brand new. It was touch and go setting it up, as it would not accept the eSIM. But once I did the factory reset, it worked beautifully.
