A group of blackmailed guests gather in a remote mansion, hosted by a daffy butler (Tim Curry), in this campy adaptation of the popular board game. Suspicions flare when their ostensible extortionist, Mr. Boddy, appears--and drops dead in the study. Hidden passageways, double entendres, and creative murder weapons come into play as bodies drop, disappear, and reappear on one dark and stormy night. An all-star cast assume the roles of Professor Plum (Christopher Lloyd), Mrs. White (Madeline Kahn), Miss Scarlet (Lesley Ann Warren), and the rest of the multicolored bunch as the one-liners fly in this jaunty whodunit. A great classic!
Still as funny as it was years ago when I saw it. All the characters are funny as hell, and the movie just keeps on making you laugh. There's obviously a reason I wanted to own it on Blu-ray. Who killed Mr. Body?
This movie is just a run game of who done it?! The first time you watch it is entertaining but each time after you realize you missed something the first time. It's got cliche jokes and puns a plenty but it's still cheeky fun! There's 3 alternate sands and there's an option to watch the movie with a random ending of to see it with all three.
