    U just take 1 pill n let it dissolve on ur tongue n it being cherry flavor it taste good, I personally need 2 ! And within a hour I’m going to sleep! My husband started taking it too when his sister passed away, Melatonin is an ingredient that is part of your body, according to my Dr n she also said.. She took it when she was in college. U really need to start w one n then as time goes on n ur still not sleeping take 2 or more.. Do not take more 4 a day! It really works! It’s worth trying it!

    Love the value and taste.

    I have to take B12 for the rest of my life, this is the most tasty and quickest way to take it. I have tried several brands. Usually the ones that are supposed to dissolve under the tongue you end up having to chew, but this one was really fast dissolve like it says, and the strawberry flavor is a nice break from the usual cherry. I will be a repeat customer
