    Great except it melted

    I preheated my salt plate on the stove per online directions. The bottom of the holder melted a little bit where it was in direct contact with the burner (electric stove). It seems like it will hold up ok, but it probably can't come into direct contact with high heat, which makes me think it won't work on a grill.

    Easy to use

    Food taste good and not too salty. Takes long time to heat up. Cleaning is cumbersome, but its worth using. Need about 2 sets to make 3 large steaks.
