CHINESE VERSION OF c930e It is what it is
I just plugged it in and tested on a Zoom meeting. The video and audio are good quality. This is the C930C version, THE CHINESE VERSION. This camera is not supported by Logitech Capture but I don't see myself really having a need for Capture anyway. Logitech camera settings seems to recognize it and I am able to adjust settings as needed. I have not figured out how to control the pan, tilt or zoom features yet. The web address in the manual just takes you to the support page. Apparently the C930C does not support firmware updates either. What you have is what you get and what it will always be. For the price I think a less expensive camera without the bells and whistles that don't work would have sufficed. I do not recommend buying the C930C.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect for someone that may need to display a wider angle of view.

The picture quality is excellent. The microphone clearly picks up someone talking at a normal volume from 25' away. It is a wide angle lens so you have a broader field of view. Many complain about not being able to use the Logi app to change settings, but the "Camera Settings" download from Logitech provides the same kinds of things - adjusting color, focus, camera angle, etc. It doesn't do any digital zoom in and out, but it's not usually required. Great camera. Works perfectly with Windows 10
I had no issues with this camera. I simply plugged it into my Windows 10 Toshiba Tecra laptop and it works flawlessly. This model seems to be made for the China market, but it works absolutely fine for me. Not what you think!
This product seems to be just another version of the c930e, but it is not. This did not install for me at all. When you go to the logitech website for support this model (e) is not even referenced: it all defaults to the c930e.
