The font size was extremely small, and I could not adjust the font within Cerner. However, it worked perfectly for watching YouTube or doing basic office

The motherboard was well bubble packed, sealed in an ESD bag, CPU socket cover protected, came with an 3D printed I/O shield, extra M.2 standoff and screw, 2 SATA cables, and 2 aftermarket Wi-Fi antennae. Unfortunately it had missing heatsink mounts and DIMM locking lever damage so it was unusable. The seller accepted the return, provided a USPS mailer, and refund. Overall, I am satisfied and would consider this seller again. You should/would too.
