The packaging was beat up but the bike was ok and in working condition and as described. I would recommend if reselling bikes you make sure (specific to connected bikes) that the registration can be transferred, and cleared with the previous owner before selling. Very excited about the bike and the great value I got from Top Tier Cycles.
