    It's a very nice book with a wide variety of recipes. It has regular breads plus fruit, nut, and seed breads. The instructions are nice and clear. We just got a bread machine to try to cut costs plus avoid food allergens. I still have to buy some of the flours but I'm looking forward to homemade bread!
