    This is a great, high quality bar that will take you to the next level!

    This 60kg bar is very taut, well made and what I needed for getting to that next level from the 40kg. I'm pretty accustomed to using the 40kg (88 lb) bar and have gotten strength gains to be able to bend it around 50+ times in the first set, 42 or so times in the 2nd set, etc.. With this 60kg, it's initially pretty hard to get that first bend in but after I do, I can rattle of around 30 reps on the first set. I do multiple sets with both the 60kg and the 40kg on M-W-F and when I'm done, I'm extremely pumped and exhausted! I usually do 6-8 sets, 4 with the 60kg, and 2-4 with the 40kg. Great all around upper body workout. For me, it hits all upper body muscle groups and after being a weight lifter for 50 years, I'm 64 now, this is the only upper body work I do now.
