The packaging inside the box could have been wrapped in protective paper, the exterior of the box was beat up I believe that was a fed ex issue. The value of the bear was perfect. Years ago my grandmother paid 300 something for the bear and gave it to me. Mine was taken from me by a very cruel family member out of jealousy. I didn’t think I would ever find another and if I did I couldn’t afford it. My heart is full! Thank You.

    Would be a great product if programing was easier.

    This seems to be a very nice unit for what it is meant to do. It is hard to program for the delivery sequence. I still don't have it right and am unable to get set up for an ageing parent.

    Delightfully surprised

    I expected some cheapness for the price, but this product is sturdy, well-made, and reliable. It has helped my son take his meds daily without the worry he will forget a dose, or worse, take 2 doses because he can’t remember if he took his pill already on any given day.

    Not suitable for persons with memory issues

    This product is not as easy to set up as I thought from reading the instructions. I bought it for my mother who has Alzheimer’s. Waste of money.

    Great pill dispenser

    It’s great but I taped the back where the batteries go because I was afraid they would fall out. I contacted the company to help me set it up and they were great. I use it for my dad and it works fine
