Really gives volume
This does give lift to my very fine, limp hair! I usually put a bit in when I have finished drying my hair but before I style it. It's not sticky or heavy at all but I can tell it makes my hair have a different texture, especially on the days after shampooing. It just seems fuller and thicker.
