    Extremely cheap design

    The entire ear piece (speaker and leatherette ear pad together) will very easily snap off of the headset band where the foam cushion is. It is re-attachable, however, attempting to reattach it might sever one of the two speaker wires that will at that time be the only things holding it together and you will most likely have part of the wire exposed after re-attaching it. The adjustable headset, the base unit and buttons is made from very cheap plastic. This is, by far, one of the worst designs I have ever seen from Plantronics which, until now, I have always been impressed with.
