Gentle and effective
I do not wear waterproof make-up (except for Blinc mascara, which washes off) so this review is about ordinary mascara and eyebrow pencil. The pads are slightly oily, yet pretty dry to the touch (like dry oils, in fact), and at first I was afraid the ones I'd bought must be out of date. In fact this is an important feature of the pads: the relative dryness means they do not smear make-up much, so there is much less danger of getting either make-up or the remover itself in your eyes. My one reservation is that the pads are very large. I find that a single one can, with careful management, be used several times, one quarter at a time. I'd prefer smaller pads myself, but I never wear eye-shadow or eye-liner, and if you do you may find one just the right size. Recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
