Two days later he denied the request & the shipping label was made but not shipped! Item never arrived. He sent me a different tracking number shipped to another state. Then told it was reshipped, but described as wrong size cup, so I contacted them again, but this wrong cup also didn’t arrive. Money was refunded by eBay. Thumbs down.
