I had no problems with this product. It came on time, in one piece, and included everything that the seller described. The speaker itself has outstanding sound quality. I have been using it for almost a month. Although the Bose Cinema 15 is a bit expensive, I highly recommend buying this product because the sound quality is worth the money. I also own the Bose Panaray 502 in my business, and it has great quality as well. Excellent Sound & BOSE Quality!
Pro's It's a BOSE System! Excellent Sound with bass you can feel!, Awesome looks, Simple Set up & Use with a very small impact on room space. Con's Universal Remote did not work with all devices, Bass setting is a dial on the rear of Subwoofer and is not on the remote, Volume control on system provides no level indicator display on tv. Loud and Clear
I have a hearing problem and had a difficult time hearing what was being said on TV. Since I purchased the Bose system, I feel as though I'm in a movie theater. unfortunately, I managed to upset the salesman at a local electronics/appliances retailer by asking to hear this. After he advised this was a discontinued model and tried to interest us in a newer one for about $800.00 more than we paid for this, I mentioned that I had bought this one on line for my wife's birthday and she should wait and see if she liked it, He split like a tight pair of pants after a thanksgiving meal.
