Join ICE agent Steve Ross as he uncovers a sinister plot to control the global economy. Shipping magnate Jason Boulez has devised a way to harvest vast quantities of gold from sea water. His gold is flooding the world markets and devaluing existing stockpiles. The world's currencies are in a free fall, and Boulez's plan to disrupt western economies is working. He has drawn attention of the highest levels of the U. S. government without firing a shot. Boulez wants to re-distribute wealth to the two billion adherents of Islam. He plans to make them the world's predominant economic power. He knows that with economic power, political power will soon follow. Boulez's security team discover ICE agents conducting a covert operation at his estate in Key West Florida. Steve and his partner Jim have just downloaded privileged data from a communication server. As they leave, a hail of bullets force them to abandon their exit plan. They commandeer a car driving past by a young professor named Beth Williams. Boulez's men soon find and capture Steve and Beth. They hold them hostage aboard a container ship in the Caribbean Sea. The prisoners elude their captors onboard and discover the amazing process used to amass gold. After a harrowing escape from the ship, an inter-agency agreement with the CIA sends Steve to the Middle East. They assign him to devise a plan to stop the plot. With the help of a biologist Steve finds imprisoned at Boulez's Dubai compound, they execute a daring strategy to overcome Boulez and restore the value of gold in the world economy.
