      OK, so this fan was packed as a fan should be: the motor et al in one container. The blades in another and the guard in its own box. The fan with a bit of oil is humming along just fine! I will put a new set of wires on it as the old ones are quite tired and therefore unsafe. But, the fan itself works fine. Plus, I've never seen a Northwind with chromey blades, not stock, but I like it: gives it a clean and sleek appearance Thank you for the primo packing job!!
