      The phones were in good condition and the packing was good condition as well. I had issues with one of the phones and I had to contact the seller. I got a response within 24 hours and they sent me another device that day. Took 3 days as promised and the phone has been working with 0 problems. I plan on purchasing another phone soon. Good value for an unlocked phone. Would give the experience 5 stars out of 5. Thanks

      advertised new phone but I received a phone with another persons contacts and photos loaded on it. I was not pleased but the seller was quick to respond and did offer a full refund or a $15 discount should I keep the phone. To avoid more hassle, I took option 2. I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an honest mistake. Still a good deal and statisfied enough!
