I almost thought it was new but the wipes on the metal side portion made me realize that this is used. But overall this is better looking than expected. I have checked the performance of the hard drive and so far the load is not that bad. Hard Drive came packaged well and safe. I definetely am looking forward to purchasing the Hard drive again for further expansion or for my NAS

I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected.
