This is a very good thermostat in my opinion. I have a heat pump system with emergency heat, aux heat and cool. This unit controls it all. The vendor was very responsive to my questions in the product Rob very quickly. One note of caution, if you use this thermostat with a heat pump, you will need to contact Honeywell to reprogram some of the base code of the thermostat.
