Would be nice if they told you what the quantity of the scoop provided was? It's about 3 to 4 capsules by eye but would be helpful to know how many milligrams for those who are used to taking the capsules. I went by what other reviewers were taking however after experimenting found that I needed far less than the 1-2 scoops others were taking to relieve my pain. When my brother suggested that I take Curamin Extra Strength, I was very skeptical. But I was tired of the chronic knee pain! I had been to Doctors and had xrays done. The only solution they gave me to overcome the pain was 800mg prescription of Ibuprofen, 3 times per day. When I ordered Curamin, I was told to take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening. After 3 days 80% of the pain and all of the swelling on my right knee was gone! Curamin DOES Stop Pain Now
I had never heard of this spice/supplement but after having excruciating lower back pain a deacon in my church gave me a bottle of the Terry Naturally Curamin. I'm not a supplement person so I was somewhat hesitant but WOW, it works ! I'd been eating Tylenol like chocolate candies just help ease the pain. One day, ONE DAY of taking the Terry Naturally Curamin and I STOPPED taking the Tylenol ! It's been 3 months and I've taken maybe 2 Tylenol in that time span. Made a beliver out of me! Cost wise it's probably cheaper to take the Tylenol but after shopping around I've found a couple of Ebayers that have pretty good pricing.
