That's my fault for not researching better. The second was that I'm pretty sure I got the wrong tracking number when my item arrived earlier than expected and yet the shipping said it hadn't left the state it was from yet. Lastly, the item came in scratched, which didn't match the description. I did get a refund, and the communication I did have with the seller was good.
