    Shipping was not that great, but the seller doesn't control FedEx. The packaging was excellent. Bubble wrap, foam, and Styrofoam popcorn were all used to secure the scanner and prevent any damage. The unit was as described. Although used, I can see no evidence of scratches, dents, etc. The value is outstanding. I'm using this scanner in a backup station in my home office. So a used unit that is like new was the perfect option for me.

    Bought used and works like new

    Bought used because brand new was a little out of my price range but still am pleased because unit works as if it was brand new… I imagine the batteries will have to be changed out in the future but so far I am pleased

    Nice little rack mount UPS for home use (At least it is for a geek like me)

    Arrived nicely packaged, in record time, exactly as described. Still charging the battery back up, but no doubts it should be just fine after a couple hours it should be ready to go into my rack and provide backup power to my router and a couple of Raspberry Pi's. Can't beat the price either!

    They need a load test before to be delivered to customers.

    The unit arrived with a lot of scratches on top, side and cover. It looks they just sprayed black paint on them. The cable from batteries to the main board is too short, so I had to open the unit just to connect it and make the unit functional with a shorter path. Now I charged the batteries for 24 hrs and applied a pasive load of 45 watts The batteries leaked their charge in less than 4 hour. I charged them again until led went green at full charge, then i apply a reactive load of 40watts. This time charge went out in less than 3 hours. So I am under the impresion that these batteries are the wrong ones or they are bad. ( they are advised as new batteries). If I were you, I would improve the quality control, and do a load test after refurbished, just them send them out.
