Migraine headaches
Tried this for my headaches about seven or eight years ago. While it did not cure the headaches it reduced the severity considerably. I know it is the magnesium doing this because I have stopped or reduced the amount I take three times and each time the severity increased again. If I do not take it regularly my headaches will put me in bed for twelve to fifteen hours. If I am consistent in taking it I may get a slight headache but it does not put me in bed.
