Worked for older ladder
Worked great on older ladder of unknown make. Had to add 1/2 inch spacers (PVC blocks held on with electrical tape) to keep the locks from moving too far in and trapping the lock on the rung. Also had to drill new mounting holes for the install.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not exactly as pictured, hardware is cheap and weak. better to use 1/4-28 grade 8
Although it worked fine on my ladder I had to make modifications to make it work. The item pictured shows 2 flanges. mine has 2 flanges that were factory riveted in with. Visually it looked exact. I found the replacement has 1 flange and uses the center bolt as a locating and attachment bolt whereas my original did not. I had to drill a 1/4 hole to mount it. Also the the tiny bolt they give for the flange was weak and broke as I tightened it. I rane to hardware store, bought a set of 1/4 - 28 half inch long bolts, grade 8, with nylock nuts, washer and lock washers. All in all it worked out but it wasn't a quick and easy switch.

Inadequate hardware - Poor Quality Control
Very poor quality control inspection. The rung locks are of good quality and good value. The problem is this: You are provided with the following mounting hardware: 2 different size bolts, 4 nuts, and 4 flat washers. The problem is that the holes in 2 of the flat washers are too small for the bolts to fit into. You either need to provide the correct size flat washers or drill out the holes as I had to in my case.
