    I love this book. There is an entire chapter on Scoliosis, which I have, so that is why I ordered it. The book is also for others with back and neck pain. There are many yoga poses with varying degrees of difficulty. There are also pictures which explain what the author is talking about. The book is written in easy to understand language. Very informative read for understanding your back and how to remedy your pain.
