The Seller should be very caution about the shipping company used. The package arrived in a crushed, wet box and in fact had been repackaged in order. to be delivered. If the seller is interested, I have pictures of the package as it arrived. I would be happy to share those with him. The seller did a great job of packing the ice bin, otherwise it would have been crushed by the way it was handled. Hope this helps. Frank

It took a couple days to hear back from the seller after messaging them, but they did give an apology and a refund which I appreciate. I would purchase from them in the future as long as the packaging was a little more robust.
