    Aquage silkening hair treatment is a GREAT product. After placing my order, the seller immediately shipped it (same day) and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, USPS lost my package. After several days, I reached out to the seller, who was wonderful and immediately offered me a refund and initiated a lost package inquiry with USPS to try to find my package.
