Not Waterproof!
The product's page advertises that the device can be submerged in 5 feet of water for 30 minutes. I submerged the device in 6 inches of water for 5 seconds and the unit broke. I sent the device for warranty repair (only 2 months old) and was told that the device wasn't covered for warranty repair because of water damage. I called and worked with an agent and they realized it was crazy to claim water damage on something that is suppose to be rugged like this tablet. It has been about 2 months and I have not received a replacement or fixed unit. They want to replace the device with a tablet that is about half of the retail price and is not waterproof. This device would be awesome if it worked, customer support was better, and they actually honored the warranty. None of these things happened for me and I am very disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A great rugged tablet with only some minor flaws
Not the highest resolution screen, but the ruggedness of the tablet more than makes up for that. I love that I can use this when my hands are wet by using the stylus as well. Really well thought out product.My only knock would be that the speaker is REALLY poor quality, it is inaudible with any kind of background noise even at the highest volumes. You either need to wear headphones or pair this to a bluetooth speaker to be able to realistically use it with sound.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
