Waste of Hard-Earned Money
This product smells horrible to start with. After taking this vitamin, you will urinate it all out within the first hour or two. The vitamin is not absorbed and gets expelled too quickly. I highly suggest searching for a better multivitamin. Your pee will be the brightest neon yellow though. I have never had a vitamin make my urine smell so horrible.
