Coffee pot ran hot water into reservoir when making cup of coffee, just like the pot it was replacing. Looked problem up on internet and it said the k-pod piercing needle was plugged up. Cleaned with straightened out paper clip and it started working correctly. Coffee grounds get in needle and dry out if pot not used and plug up needle. Great Coffee Brewer!
This Keurig-B70 is a replacement for our old B70. Keurig has outdone itself by trying to make the 2.0 coffee maker too techy. It will not accept non Keurig pods!!! Just what I needed!
This Keurig is one of the best coffee makers in the market. The best achievement of this machine is that you can make your own coffee, you just need to buy the filter for 5 dollars. Sometimes I make my own coffee or sometimes I make it using the k cups from keurig. Overall an excellent product. My family is really happy with it... and if you don't like coffee, It makes a great and fast water heater. Bottom line, love this machine!... and FYI the latest models of Keurig suck, because they won't let you make your own coffee, Keurig wants you to use their k cups yes or yes... which I think is very selfish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

This B60 model is the best
No 'tricking' your Keurig into using off brand K-cups with this model. It works with any brand or no K-cup at all, if you just want a cup of hot water you've got it. I've had no issues with this machine dripping or leaking and its not loud at all. No Keurig 2.0 for me..not with all the problems I've been hearing about with those. Fabulous Update to my older B70
I was able to get this open box, discontinued machine. I had the B70 unit without the rinse and hot water options - which this one has. The machine is QUIET, beautiful, easy to use and clean and REALLY high quality. THE BEST OF THE KEURIG LINE, HANDS DOWN. I have had them all and have played around with the newer machines.
