    When I received the lot initially, a few of the hard drives were the wrong capacity — 320GB. I wasn’t entirely thrilled with the response time, but I reached out to the seller and they made it right by sending out new drives and allowing me to hang on to the 320GB drives. When all is said and done, they rectified an issue that they could have left me out of luck with. Happy with my purchase and their service!

    I am glad that I ordered this Lap top 2-in-1. I am so used to use my Ipad except that I can't use it as a Laptop: I want to view lots of my own photos talen by myself while lying down on the sofa, then I edit some of them. Ipad can't help me. Dell laptop 2-in-1 serves me well while I can use it as a laptop + a tablet. As a 81 years old man, I have back aches through many years of sitting while typing. I feel so good while lying in bed/sofa to view my photos contained in my 4 TB external hard drives as well as answering my email...
