    When I received the lot initially, a few of the hard drives were the wrong capacity — 320GB. I wasn’t entirely thrilled with the response time, but I reached out to the seller and they made it right by sending out new drives and allowing me to hang on to the 320GB drives. When all is said and done, they rectified an issue that they could have left me out of luck with. Happy with my purchase and their service!

    Great Refurbished Dell Precision 3571 Laptop at a reasonable Price

    Great Laptop, I had an extra 32 GB Ram installed and an extra 512 GB Hard Drive installed for the operating system. So I have a 1 TB Hard Drive for Data Only. I have actually just finished installing all the updates and programs on it so I have not yet had a chance to actually use the laptop for what I purchased it for but so far it has been good. After I received the laptop what I should have done was put an extra 2 TB hard drive in the laptop instead of a 512 GB hard drive. Oh well that's the way it goes. This laptop is defiantly a lot lighter than my old Dell G5. I liked the Dell G5 but this Precision 3571 is sleeker and a little lighter. Unfortunately I cannot give a good answer on battery life as I probably will never be using this laptop without it being plugged in. I will ...

    Pleased with purchase other than less than 50% battery life and power adapter mismatch.

    Quick delivery, well protected rapping, and everything seem to check out as advertised. Only disappointment was the battery seems to only keep a 3-4 hour charge, and power adapter is not adequate for this laptop. But all-in-all, I am happy with the purchase.
